Meet Sarah
Sarah Adlakha was born to parents who embodied resilience and responsibility—a mother who fled war-torn Europe and rebuilt her life, and a father shaped by the Great Depression. As the youngest of five, she was raised on hard work, faith, and personal responsibility.
A scholar-athlete, Sarah earned a tennis scholarship and graduated with honors before serving as a paramedic, where she saw firsthand the challenges families face in accessing care. That experience led her to medical school and a life devoted to serving others.
After residency, Sarah and her husband chose to plant their roots in Mississippi, where they’ve raised their three daughters. Believing parents know best, they blended homeschooling and Mississippi public schools to meet their children’s needs. Today, their twin daughters attend Ole Miss.
Together, the family built a successful cardiology practice, with Sarah leading the business and operations side. She’s also an award-winning author and is helping launch a major mixed-use development combining healthcare, retail, and residential space– creating jobs and strengthening her community.
Now, Sarah is running for U.S. Senate to protect the values that raised her—faith, family, freedom, and hard work—by securing the border, stopping reckless spending, improving healthcare, and putting Mississippi first.

LOWER COSTS & STRONGER ECONOMY
Mississippi families are being squeezed by record inflation and rising costs. Washington’s reckless spending drives up prices while working people fall behind. Sarah will cut waste, lower taxes, and put Mississippi families ahead of D.C. insiders.
CORRUPTION & TERM LIMITS
Washington is broken because career politicians put themselves first. Sarah backs strict term limits, will end insider perks and backroom deals, and fight to drain the swamp so government works for us – not them.
PROTECT MISSISSIPPI VALUES
Radical left elites are attacking our way of life with woke policies. Sarah will defend faith, family, and freedom – protecting kids from gender ideology, safeguarding the Second Amendment, and keeping Mississippi’s future rooted in our values, not theirs.
PROTECT THE BORDER & MISSISSIPPI
An open border makes every state a border state—including Mississippi. Sarah will finish the wall, deport criminal illegals, back local law enforcement, and stand with President Trump to secure the border and put Mississippi families first.
National Defense
Sarah recognizes the importance of a robust defense infrastructure, not only for safeguarding our nation but also for fostering economic growth and job creation within Mississippi.
Agriculture
Improving agriculture in Mississippi requires a focus on technological advancements, infrastructure, and education.

Sarah believes that responsible stewardship of the state’s resources does not have to conflict with economic growth or energy development.

Drawing on her financial background, Sarah advocates for reducing government waste and cutting unnecessary spending.
